Mr Khan was a Chair and one of the founding member for BYL, which is a local youth organisation in Luton that was created with friends when we were in our early twenties. The organization has a membership of 6000 currently and has members from all types of backgrounds. He was the chairman from 1981 to 1987 within the organisation.
